Mikronix Calibration Lab is accredited by NABL and is well equipped with the most sophisticated and up-to-date calibration equipment. Qualified and well trained staff takes utmost care for calibration of all parameters of slip gauges. Calibration is carried out in accordance with IS - 2984 or DIN - 861 in Metric standards and BS - 888 in Imperial standards in a controlled temperature of 20±0.5°C and humidity of 50±5%.
Mikronix Lab has developed a calibration system for nonstandard sizes within uncertainty of 0.1 µm. To ensure the highest quality of results, we calibrates our calibration equipment prior to the calibration of slip gauge sets. And because Mikronix manufactures both, the slip gauges as well as the slip gauge calibration equipment, you can rest assured of the accuracy and reliability of the calibration.
Every slip gauges manufactured by us undergoes a through and rigorous testing and calibration at our Calibration Lab. A Calibration Certificates is then issued for each slip gauges set, which is traceable to our National Standard, N.P.L., New Delhi.
